This explains what I collect when you use this site or book with me, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I keep it short and plain.
Adam Brazier, trading as Adam Brazier Photography, 490 Larkshall Road, Highams Park, London E4 9HH. I decide how your information is used. Email hello@adambrazier.co.uk about anything on this page.
I may share images from your session on this site and on Instagram to show my work. If you would rather I didn't, tell me and I will stop using them. I only use your words, such as a review, where you have agreed to it.
Only the services that help me run the business, and only what they need:
Some of these are based outside the UK. They protect your information with the safeguards UK law requires. I never sell your information.
The site uses cookies and similar tools to keep the booking system working, to understand how people use the site (Microsoft Clarity), and to measure adverts (Meta Pixel). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The booking system still works if you do.
Booking and payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Images are kept so you can order more later, unless you ask me to delete them. Email list details stay until you unsubscribe. Survey answers are kept until you ask me to remove them.
Many performers I work with are under 18. If you are, please check with a parent or guardian before you book. They are welcome to book and pay for you, and to come to the session.
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@adambrazier.co.uk and I will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
