Booking terms

The short version of how booking with me works. If anything here is unclear, email hello@adambrazier.co.uk before you book.

Booking and the deposit

Your date is booked when you pay the £75 deposit. The deposit comes off your total. It is not an extra fee. Your booking is confirmed by email straight away.

Paying the rest

You can pay the rest any time before your shoot. Or choose Shoot Now, Pay Later: the rest is split into three equal payments, taken from the card you booked with. The first is taken on your shoot day and the next two a month apart. It is interest-free and there is no credit check.

Moving your date

A job, a rehearsal or a new timetable? Move your date yourself online, using the link in your booking email. Your first move is free. Each move after that is £25.

Cancelling

You can cancel online too. The £75 deposit is kept. If you cancel 7 or more days before your shoot, anything you paid on top of the deposit goes back to your card. If you cancel less than 7 days before, what you have paid is not refunded.

Where

Photoshoots, vocal reels and Polaroid Days are at The Brazier Studio, 490 Larkshall Road, Highams Park, London E4 9HH. Dance reels are filmed at a professional London dance space, and the address is in your booking email. You are welcome to bring a friend, a parent or your agent.

Your images and reels

Each photoshoot package includes a set number of retouched images, chosen by you from your contact sheet. Retouched selections are with you within 7 days of your session. Extra images can be added after the shoot at the prices shown when you choose them. Reels take a little longer to edit, and your booking email gives you the delivery date.

Using your images

Your images and reels are for your own promotion as a performer: agencies, casting profiles, applications and social media. I may share work from your session on my website and Instagram to show what I do. If you would rather I didn't, just tell me.

Under 18s

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to the booking. They can book and pay for you, and are welcome for the whole session.

Gift cards and Points

Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used on any photoshoot, reel or Polaroid Day. Points can be used as shown on your Points page. Neither can be exchanged for cash.

If something goes wrong on my side

If I have to move or cancel your session, I will offer you a new date first. If none works for you, I will refund everything you paid. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
